WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCEIN THIS POSITION Prepare clear, complete, and accurate working plans anddetailed drawings from project specifications, sketches, or notes. Buildfinal drawing packets based on Trachte job specifications, ensuringconsistency in design standards, dimensions, scaling, and CADoperations. Make adjustments or changes as requested by the customer orProject Manager. Use CAD software (SolidWorks) and equipment to buildtechnical drawings. Maintain job logs and historical references tosupport project tracking and documentation. Support a collaborative workenvironment that encourages pride in the product and values individualcontributions. Perform other duties as assigned. YOU HAVE: Associate orbachelor's degree in Drafting Technology, Industrial Technology,Engineering, or a related field; or a minimum of 5 years of provenexperience in lieu of a degree. Proven understanding of SolidWorks orCreo is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to writeroutine reports and correspondence and speak with groups of customers oremployees of organization.
