PositionOverview The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) provides a vital linkbetween Exact Sciences customers, the Sales team and other key supportand commercial teams within Exact Sciences. The CSS is responsible formaintaining a high standard of service with their respective customergroup and will work closely with the sales team to support customeractivities which complement sales objectives. This is a remote or onsiteposition, with potential travel required. It supports all U.S. regions,with varying hours Monday through Friday to accommodate multiple timezones. Essential Duties Include but are not limited to the following:Provide timely troubleshooting assistance to customers, salesrepresentatives, and strategic accounts. Resolve inquiries regarding allaspects of Exact Science products, such as specimen procurement, orderprocessing, clinical information and results delivery. Track key metricsusing reports and/or dashboards on a regular basis to provide expeditedissue resolution. Align with and support the sales team in executingsales strategies and meeting sales objectives. Identify and triage newrelationship opportunities to the sales team. Identify and triagecustomer experience enhancement opportunities to the appropriateinternal teams. Represent Customer Success interests through routineparticipation in sales meetings. Document customer interactions andmaintain customer information integrity within the CRM system. Supportimplementation and operationalization of new Customer Care processes.Assist with effective communications across intra-department teams, witha primary focus on patients, customers, and sales team advocacy. Stronganalytical and multitasking skills demonstrated daily within a fastpaced, time sensitive environment. Superb follow-through skills andrelationship management. Conflict resolution oriented and highlyeffective at overcoming obstacles.
