TheCreative Brand Strategist brings our mission to life by leading thecreative development of marketing campaigns, brand experiences, andvisual storytelling across digital and physical environments. This roleplays a central part in shaping how our brand connects with keyaudiences through brand strategy, brand systems and brand architecture.The individual selected for this position may work from home but mustlive in our service territory and is expected to follow ImpactLife'sWork From Home Policy. To view a map of our service territory, clickhere:and Territory 24x36_final.jpgThe Creative Brand Strategist Will Be Responsible For: Brand InitiativeCreation & Collaboration Facilitate creative direction and campaignconcepting for Partner for Life initiatives and mission-alignedstorytelling Support strategic objectives and initiatives throughcampaign messaging, creative strategy, and design coordinationCollaborate with internal teams to create branded content and assetstailored to specific partner and audience segments Guide creativedevelopment across paid, owned, earned, and shared media incollaboration with digital and content teams Collaborate with theMarketing team to support the creation of content in two primarycategories - education (i.e., microlearning) and storytelling BrandStorytelling, Experience & Environmental Design Develop and maintainbrand playbooks, ensuring design consistency and clarity across allcreative outputs Guide and review brand visuals for use in signage,environmental design, and fleet branding (vehicles, facilities, events)Bring new creative approaches and ideas to how the brand shows up acrosscampaigns, content, and real-world touchpoints Ensure creative outputsreflect the brand's tone, values, and audience needs Brand Systems &Creative Operations Provide creative quality assurance (QA) forvisual and written assets across the marketing team Oversee theorganization and structure of our digital asset management (DAM) systemin partnership with the Multimedia Designer Partner with theMultimedia Designer to maintain and distribute branded templates, designfiles, and campaign assets Facilitate marketing's oversight of FreshService ticketing and (as it relates to internal workflowsand partner resources) Partner Engagement & Alignment Collaboratewith partner-facing teams to ensure creative...
