Assistwith outdoor repairs - painting, changing light bulbs, and fencemaintenance. Support outside contractors and coordinate with vendors asneeded. Help track supplies and keep groundskeeping tools in goodcondition. Monitor and maintain irrigation and drainage systems. Attendteam trainings to sharpen skills and stay updated. What do I need toqualify to be a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician? Must have yourown vehicle and a valid driver's license. Previous grounds keeping /landscaping / maintenance experience required. Excellent mechanicalaptitude with ability to operate lawn equipment. Must be able to readwork orders / service requests.
