Senior Integration Developer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description We are seeking a highly experienced andcollaborative professional to join our team as a Senior IntegrationDeveloper/Engineer. This role is responsible for defining and solvingcomplex technical problems, conducting targeted research, analyzingcriteria, and applying effective solutions. The ideal candidate willbring deep expertise in desktop technology operations, enterprisesystems management, and cross-functional collaboration-especially withinAgile environments and SCCM ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Define,analyze, and review business requirements, system requirements,technical requirements and prioritize tasks Collaborate with Agileteams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and businessstakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Serve as a technicalexpert in the designing, planning, development, support, and managementof various MuleSoft APIs Lead the implementation, administration, andconfiguration of the SCCM enterprise environment. Perform routine systemmaintenance and support the use of defined IT processes and procedures.Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.Coordinate infrastructure problem resolution efforts, includingescalation to higher-level support when necessary. Design and supportupstream data solutions in collaboration with data engineering teams.Contribute to interface design, solution architecture, and dependencymanagement. Work in a highly collaborative Level 5 environment, ensuringalignment across teams and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professionalexperience. Minimum of 8 years of technical experience beyond the degreeExperience with MuleSoft integration tools. Proficiency in SQL andOracle databases. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcareindustry. Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and healthcareclaims processing. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborativemindset. Extensive experience with SCCM (System Center ConfigurationManager) implementation, administration, and configuration. Strongknowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.Familiarity with Kafka or similar streaming platforms is a plus.
