The Human ResourcesManager partners with the Human Resources Director, Human ResourcesTeam, and site leadership to proactively manage and deliver humanresources strategies, processes and services and executes our peopleinitiatives and drives HR functional excellence and process improvement.Provide a one-stop shop to business leaders and provide people-relatedsolutions to drive high performance in the department and to ensureexemplary customer service and professional responsiveness. 1. Collaborate withkey management and provide strategic leadership and guidance regardingall human resource aspects of the company's policies, objectives, andinitiatives in an effort to build, develop and retain a diverse andhighly qualified workforce. 3. Accomplishes special project results byidentifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communication andcoordinating requirements; evaluating optional courses of action andchanging assumptions and direction. 4. Drive strategy and partner withthe team to deliver results by providing expertise, guidance, andtactical execution in the areas of talent management, performance,career development, succession planning, compensation guidance, employeerelations, employee retention, engagement and leadership effectivenessissues. 5. Focus HR initiatives to meet operational goals and businessobjectives, managing the day-to-day HR activities. 6. Mentor, developand coach staff providing guidance, leadership and coaching to achieveresults. 7. Provide HR expertise to all levels of management andemployees.
