PositionOverview The Sr Principal, Operational Excellence & ContinuousImprovement will play a critical leadership role in drivingtransformational improvements across Exact Sciences' businessoperations. This position is responsible for leading enterprise-leveloperational excellence initiatives by applying advanced problem-solvingmethodologies and delivering strategic, high-impact outcomes acrossfunctions. This individual will partner closely with senior leadershipand cross-functional teams to accelerate performance, reduce complexity,and embed a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires astrategic thinker with deep experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and businesstransformation practices, as well as a proven ability to influence atall levels of the organization. Essential Duties Include, but are notlimited to, the following: Enterprise Transformation & PerformanceImprovement Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformationinitiatives with a focus on improving quality, cost, delivery, andscalability. Translate business strategy into executable improvementroadmaps, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven approaches. Solveenterprise-wide challenges by partnering with stakeholders to identifyopportunities, uncover root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.Lean & Continuous Improvement Strategy Champion the development anddeployment of Lean and CI practices across Exact Sciences' operatingmodel. Coach and mentor business leaders and functional teams on CItools and behaviors to drive a culture of operational excellence.Identify and implement standard work, KPIs, visual management, andgovernance processes that support continuous learning andaccountability. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership Serve as atrusted advisor to senior leaders and operational teams, enablingtransformation through facilitation, coaching, and strategic insight.Lead workshops, kaizen events, and value stream mapping to support teamalignment and problem solving.
