The Director will lead engineering teams acrossmultiple sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, tailoredsolutions that meet customer requirements. This role requires bothtechnical and people leadership, customer engagement, projectmanagement, and a focus on continuous improvement. WHAT YOU WILLEXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Complex Engineered-to-Order Expertise: Youwill get to experience building and leading teams in a highlycustomized, high-mix ETO engineering environment that spansmulti-disciplines including mechanical, electrical, structural, andmanufacturing engineering fields. Strategic Leadership:Develop andimplement engineering strategies, standardize processes, and driveinnovation. Influence across matrixed functions to align with companygoals and customer requirements.
