The Opportunity Pay: $26.90-$34.80 The Culinary Director isresponsible for overseeing all aspects of dining operations to ensure ahigh-quality dining experience for residents and team members. This roleincludes managing food production, inventory, sanitation, and teamleadership. The Culinary Director works closely with communityleadership to enhance resident satisfaction and support the overallwell-being of the community. What You'll Do ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Developsteam members through training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure strongoperational performance. Responsible for hiring direct reports, hostingin-service training, performance reviews and ensuring effectiveonboarding and orientation. Performs daily audits of safety, sanitation,food quality, meal delivery at point of service, and quality standardsto optimize financial and operational performance. Maintains weeklyoperating report to analyze performance to budget and ensures financialgoals are met. Review weekly financial performance with the ExecutiveDirector and participate in Compass RDO calls and take actions needed asa result of reviews and calls. Conducts meetings with guests on aregular basis to ensure satisfaction with dining services. Purchasesfood and supplies from authorized vendors to meet cycle menurequirements. Attends appropriate guest food service committee meetings;conducts and monitors guest attitude surveys. Maintains compliancestandards for meal service and food quality. Works with client inmaintaining safe work environment in facility. Performs tasks and inputfor weekly operating report, cash handling procedures, and otherfinancial reports.
