This position will provide critical support for strategicdecision-making by delivering in-depth financial analysis and actionablerecommendations. A primary focus of the role will be designing andmaintaining systems to effectively track and manage physiciancompensation. The analyst will also be responsible for preparing andpresenting detailed financial reports that align with institutionalpolicies and regulatory requirements, while contributing to thecontinuous improvement of budgeting processes and financial planningframeworks. This is a 100% full-time position. The work schedule isflexible and will be determined at the time of hire. While most workwill be performed remotely, some tasks may require in person work at adesignated campus location. Key Job Responsibilities: Assists in thedevelopment of operating policies and procedures to comply withregulations, institutional policies, and unit objectives Develops andmonitors complex budgets and short and long-term budgetary projectionsServes as a point of contact for staff providing budgetary informationand guidance, answering questions, and responding to inquiries Conductsprogram and budget research, analyzes data, and prepares complexfinancial reports in accordance with established procedures andregulations Provides guidance and direction to other analysts onbudgetary analysis and reporting activities Analyzes, identifies, andmakes recommendations for cost savings and funding options by conductingresearch on diverse institutional dataDepartment: School of Medicine andPublic Health, Department of Radiology Join UW Radiology and UW Health-ALegacy of Innovation The University of Wisconsin Department of...
