This position will provide critical support for strategicdecision-making by delivering in-depth financial analysis and actionablerecommendations. A primary focus of the role will be designing andmaintaining systems to effectively track and manage physiciancompensation. The analyst will also be responsible for preparing andpresenting detailed financial reports that align with institutionalpolicies and regulatory requirements, while contributing to thecontinuous improvement of budgeting processes and financial planningframeworks. This is a 100% full-time position. The work schedule isflexible and will be determined at the time of hire. While most workwill be performed remotely, some tasks may require in person work at adesignated campus location.
