What youu2019ll do Position title: SAP iXp Intern u2013 SAP D-CSM Communication & Process Location: Open to any location but with preference to Pittsburgh, US or NSQ, US Expected start date: October 2025 for a 6-8 month internship duratio The Communicatons and Process Intern will be responsible for assisting with internal communications strategies and data that helps drive those strategies. The Intern is responsible for internal communications out to our CSM organization and ensuring the content is engaging, on-brand and effective in driving customer outcomes. Additionally, they will be responsible for assiting with generating data insights for management through a variety of tools, and helping to creating action plans based off of that data. The Intern is expected to work with our Operations teams and CSM management to help drive CSM initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. This hybrid role will be split evenly between communications and technical program support. As an intern, you will: u2022 Support the Global Operations Manager and team to improve efficiency, communication and stakeholder engagement. u2022 Assist with the planning, drafting and delivery of internal and external communications (newsletters, stakeholder updates, presentations, digital content). u2022 Ensure knowledge management is maintained correctly u2022 Organize and support project management activities. u2022 Learn SAP data insight tools and provide insights using those skills u2022 Suggest ideas and implement improvements for internal processes. u2022 Support the preparation of executive presentations and communication materials. u2022 Coordinate the follow-up of weekly team meetings and track action items. u2022 Participate in new initiatives that drive the success of the Customer Success organization. This role will enhance team capacity, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and directly contribute to the successful rollout of new CSM programs. You will also gain a solid foundation and understanding of how SAPu2019s global Customer Success organization operates while working in a dynamic international team. Educational requirements: u2022 Currently enrolled at a university in Communications, Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. For recent graduates, joining date must be within six months of graduation date. Position requirements: u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical processes into clear, engaging content. u2022 Excellent organizational, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. u2022 Ability to communicate effectively across multiple regions in a dynamic, fast-paced organization. u2022 Flexible, self-aware, motivated and open to feedback. u2022 Strong interest in Customer Success, process improvement and operations in the tech industry. Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPu2019s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 -62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
