We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially drivenProduct Manager to lead our Wire Termination & Connectivity portfolio,with a focus on connectors, terminals, lugs, and switches. This rolewill shape product strategy, deliver growth in electrical distribution,OEM, and retail channels, and strengthen our leadership in theelectrical connectivity market. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THISPOSITION: Strategic Portfolio Leadership Develop and execute amarket-driven product strategy and 3-year roadmap aligned to growth inelectrical distribution, OEM, and retail channels. Conduct marketresearch, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identifyunmet needs, emerging technologies, and high-value opportunities. Ownthe full product lifecycle - from concept to commercialization -ensuring profitability, market relevance, and competitive mercial Excellence & Growth Initiatives Partner with sales,marketing, and distribution teams to drive category penetration andrevenue growth in target channels. Lead pricing strategy development tomaximize competitiveness and profitability. Build channel-specificprograms to accelerate adoption of new products and expand share withstrategic accounts. New Product Introduction (NPI) Manage a robustpipeline of innovations and enhancements, ensuring timely, market-readylaunches. Translate customer and market insights into differentiatedproduct value propositions. Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, andsupply chain to meet performance, cost, and delivery goals. Market &Competitor Intelligence Monitor competitor strategies, productinnovations, and pricing trends. Use data and market insights toproactively adjust portfolio strategy. YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required 5+ years ofproduct management or commercial marketing experience preferably in theelectrical industry or related technical markets.
