JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Apply now Mining Service Manager -Reko Diq, Pakistan Posting Start Date: 9/2/25 Job Location (Short): USA,Requisition ID: 33952 Onsite or Remote: Onsite Position Join Komatsu andBe Part of Something Big Job Overview The Mining Service Manager (MSM)is responsible for managing the customer acceptance process of Komatsumanufactured, supplied, or field converted Autonomous trucks / EDTproducts in an assigned territory. They will ensure Komatsu, or theservicing agent (local distributor or Komatsu regional affiliate orsubsidiary) is able to meet each of the performance related provisionsin the sales contract. The MSM will manage product assembly, all factorycheck-out procedures performed, and OEM specifications at delivery orcommissioning to the customer. The MSM must ensure all failures ordiscrepancies are documented on the TSI Service Report. Key JobResponsibilities Train servicing agent as required to follow through onremaining contract obligations. Monitor contract performance and managecorrective actions to close any shortfalls in performance. Coordinateproject start-up with customer and servicing agent after sale iscomplete. Manage assembly, commissioning and delivery of machines and orautonomous conversion projects to customers in line with contractdelivery terms. Structure support terms for the sale of new machines inthe market (delivery terms, up time and operating cost guarantees,etc.). Manage Factory support and obligations in relation tointroduction and startup of new Autonomous projects, lead factorysupport through service - engineering and QA groups to provide promptfollow up and issue resolution to distributor and end user, thisincludes managing factory communication and structured reporting.Maintain frequent communications with the Factory Technical SupportEngineers, Engineering and other teams, as needed to manage the region.Serve as mediator to resolve any disputes between the customer andservicing agent. Conduct scheduled meetings with customers to manageproduct acceptance through continuous improvement using Komatsu'sJoiFUL process. Support servicing agent with diagnosing and resolvingtechnical problems on machines. Compile reports to document qualityissues on the machines in the market on an ongoing basis for Komatsufactory engineering review. Coordinate field investigations or testingrequired by Komatsu.
