Here's a General Overviewof What You'll Be Doing: Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, andlong-term financial planning Analyze financial performance and provideinsightful explanations for variances Develop and maintain financialmodels and scenario analyses for key initiatives Support month-end closethrough journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Prepare monthly,quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules Partner with teamsacross the organization to drive transparency and accountability Supportinternal and external audits with required documentation Propose andlead process improvements in both accounting and FP&A workflows Managecapital expenditure reporting and transfer pricing analysis Ensureadherence to internal controls and compliance with financial standardsWhat We're Looking For: 25 years of experience in financial analysis,FP&A, or accounting Proficiency in Excel Strong analytical andcritical-thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communicationabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisFamiliarity with ERP systems (Great Plains a plus) It Would Also Be Niceto...
