The position offers growth, flexibility and acollaborative work environment. This role provides contract managementand analysis along with oversight for efficient and effective supplierrelationship management and all contractual agreements managed, alongwith active participation in process improvements. How you'll createopportunities in this Senior Supplier Relationship Specialist role: Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts withvendors, suppliers, and other external parties, ensuring compliance withlegal and regulatory requirements in collaboration with the internalLegal team. Conduct thorough contract analysis to identify risks,opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor contract performance,manage amendments or renewals, and maintain accurate contract recordsand documentation. Manage the contract lifecycle, analyze usage, andproactively engage stakeholders to review opportunities and risks. Vendor Relationship Management: Negotiate terms and conditions withvendors to secure the best possible outcomes for the company. Developand maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluateand select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability; assist withRFPs as needed. Create RFP templates to support business and projectteams. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractualterms. Support and assist Manager, Budget & Contract Services inmanaging supplier-related projects and tasks.
