JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Category:Human ResourcesSchedule:Full timeJobDescription: PURPOSE AND SCOPE Develop and deliver training and trainingmaterials to representatives and customers, virtually and in person, toassure proper installation and support of Rite-Hite products. Coordinateand lead communications across customer service coordinators andmarketing to ensure alignment of installation and service of new productreleases. Work with engineering and operations to improve the customerexperience. Monitor product performance and participate in trendanalysis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned. Create and deliver virtual service /installation training for customers and technicians, including shortYouTube style videos with service tips. Conduct live demonstrations onmaintenance and installation to customers during fly-ins. Delivertechnical training during salesperson and coordinator training sessions.Coordinate and lead technician service schools, collaborating withcustomer service coordinators for the delivery of the training. Manageall MKE Doors training (via training center, Live, CEC, etc) includingongoing development, maintenance, and updates to content, videos andmanuals. Manage new product technical rollouts including presentations,handouts, etc. as well as travel to representative offices as required.Design and deliver product specific training materials. Assist withinstallation / service manual development. This is done throughcoordination and input from engineering and customer service.Collaborate with engineering and marketing for all field communicationsand publications including content scripts, installation/service of newproduct releases, technical bulletins and any product video releases.Create and deliver quarterly product updates / technical product tipsfor the technical field representatives. Support customer servicecoordinators with on-site training, trend and warranty analysis,troubleshooting product issues, continuous improvement opportunities andsupporting sales and service reps with product and aftermarketinformation. Tracking of new product releasesand performance in fieldTroubleshoot equipment using electrical and mechanical drawings. Haveknowledge of electrical and electronic components and be capable ofreading schematics pertaining to them. Conduct transactions in theEnterprise system Assist with beta sites installations and performancetracking. Participate on teams for new product development, costreduction and product improvement. Responsible for supporting thequality system.
