JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Inventory Optimization Analyst Location:Milwaukee, WI Remote Type: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remoteReports To: Senior Manager, Supply Management Position Summary: TheInventory Optimization Analyst is responsible for analyzing, modeling,and improving inventory management processes to ensure optimal stocklevels across the supply chain. This role involves working closely withcross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, forecast demand, andimplement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.Responsibilities Analyze current inventory levels and turnover rates toidentify opportunities for optimization. Help in implementing inventoryoptimization strategies to minimize excess stock, reduce costs andimprove Inventory Health. Support the seamless interaction of purchasingand materials management to resolve gaps between supply capabilities andproduction plans. Process audit of safety stock, reorder point, leadtimes and lot size to ensure timely update of the system. Execute andadjust inventory parameters such as reorder points, safety stock levels,lot size and lead times to each ERP. Perform root cause analysis oninventory discrepancies, stockout and overstock situations, providingactionable recommendations for improvement that directly impacts theInventory Health. Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance,including key metrics such as DIO, ITO and carrying costs. Develop andmaintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment oninventory goals and performance goals. Identifies continuous improvementopportunities and strategies for inventory management in accordance withthe goals and compliance requirements of Regal Rexnord Sales Offices(same day shipping, delivery expectations, seasonal variations, and bestcustomer experience). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business,accounting, finance or related Supply Chain. 5-7 yearsExperience inMaterials Management utilizing SAP required. Oracle and other ERPexperience would be a plus. Previous experience working for amanufacturing company. Experience with deep financial analytics usinglarge data sets and reporting skills desired. Experience with tools suchas Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP. (SAP/Oracle), PlanningTools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI) desired.Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvementdesired. Travel: Up to 35% Domestic and International travel is requiredfor this position Salary: Expected Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 Thesalary range provided is intended to display the value of the company'sbase pay compensation for all statewide locations across the UnitedStates.
