Responsible for alloperations of a T-Mobile retail store. Must be familiar with all aspectsof retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assetsprevention & team leadership. Primary point of contact for employees ofthe retail store. Job Responsibilities: Complete observations of storeemployees' interactions with customers, including feedback, to be usedin development, training, and coaching conversations ensuring assignedteam trainings are completed on time. Assist with customer-relatedissues that would positively impact the customer's experience withinthe T-Mobile brand & expectations. Own store success and take ownershipfor store employees' work-related needs, store leadership, staffing andscheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention andall other store functions. Support operational excellence by observingevery store function, monitoring sales and inventory, manage salestracking and implementing new store programs and initiatives. Maintain aneat clean organized store environment at all times. Seek to hire storeemployees who are passionate about building long-lasting customerrelationships and are fired up about the T-Mobile Brand, and digitaltechnology. Support your team through development, training, andmentoring, driving behaviors that will lead to earning a place in ourcustomer's hearts and store employee success.
