Key Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance activitiesacross multiple properties within the region, ensuring all work iscompleted efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Lead, train, andmentor on-site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety,accountability, and continuous improvement. Assists with preventivemaintenance programs to ensure the long-term health and functionality ofall building systems and equipment. Provide hands-on support for complexmaintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and otherbuilding systems. Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction byaddressing concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships withtenants. Assists with preparation and monitoring of property budgets,ensuring financial goals are met. General Requirements: At least 5 yearsof residential maintenance is required. EPA 608 refrigerant handlingcertification or higher is required Reliable vehicle, valid driver'slicense with good driving record, and auto insurance are requiredCertified Pool Operator (CPO) is strongly preferred. Advanced knowledgeand proficiency of building maintenance principles including standardpractices and methods of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall,painting, appliances, swimming pools, hot tubs, plowing and HVACAdvanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenancesuch as but not limited to electric drills & saws, volt and gas meters,key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders etc. Builds trust andcommunicate effectively within property, across company departments andin the community.
