SAP Concur Consultant - FederalThe Position:Censeo is seeking a consultant to serve as a Customer Engagement Manager to support the GSA by providing customer engagement and operations planning, governance, strategic communications, transition readiness and supplemental change management and customer support services as part of the E-Gov Travel Services (ETS) Program Management Office. Our team will incorporate change management and customer support lessons learned from similar T&E implementation projects initiatives and promote efficiencies to the ETSNext Program.Responsibilities:Support project delivery and team needs by serving as the SME leveraging SAP Concur expertiseDrives alignment between ETS Shared Service and T&E policy and standardsorganizationsReduces cross-agency variances and streamlines the design of any agency-uniqueneeds to maximize the use of commercial solutionsMitigate transition risks using a comprehensive planning and rollout effort acrossGovernment with coordinated delivery commitmentsCoordinate agency ETS solution verification participationProvide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on merchant agreement policies and procedures.Maintain tools for integrated project management across agencies and ETSNext T&ETechnology Managed Service ProviderFacilitate and track interagency agreements and related service level agreements, schedules, cost, audit requirements, and other official information requestsThe Ideal Candidate: At Censeo, we are looking for unique candidates whose passion and enthusiasm will help shape Censeos client insights and workplace culture.
