Maintenance Technician

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format.The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.This position works independently, and you must take pride in your work.You are eligible for:Company Vehicle. Accrue up to 26 days per year.Paid HolidaysDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollow safety guidelines and act in safe manner.Demonstrate and support the companys Code of Conduct.Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).Pressure wash refill stations.Maintain landscape at refill stations.Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.Support and assist with construction / development efforts as needed.Repair water only and water-ice units as neededProperly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipmentDrive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area*Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESTeam player with positive attitudeAbility to work required schedulePainting skillsUse and maintenance of hand toolsAcceptable work attendance to perform jobClean motor vehicle record; valid, current drivers license*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift 50 poundsCapable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bendingAbility to work safely in limited space inside water only and water-ice unitsAbility to work in heatAbility to safely operate a motor vehicleAbility to work overtime including some weekend or evening workEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATESHigh school diploma or equivalentElectrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred*This position is considered safety sensitive due to the essential requirement of operating a company vehicle on public roadways.
