Developing processes and plans for quality control and inspection tasksPerforming quality control checks on hardware and documented processes and procedures to validate efficiency, effectiveness, safety, and qualityEnsuring compliance with local policies, practices, and procedures to support and maintain requirementsInterfacing directly with project management team to provide status and progress reports, identifies issues, and determines appropriate resolution actionsDeveloping and executing process quality review proceduresFILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD #LI-LL1Shall have one of the following: high school diploma/GED, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduateRequires 10 years of professional experience solving technical problemsTrained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenancePossess a practical understanding of engineering concepts, ensuring that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standardsExperience includes testing equipment to make sure that the process operates effectively and safelyAbility to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimensShould have experience in computer aided drafting (CAD), ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methodsThree years of technical experience in support of design, testing, deployment, and operations within ISR/IO or C4ISR systemsIndividual shall have, or be able to attain within 30 Days of assignment, the Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II certificationExperience with full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or KanbanProficient with utilizing DevOps tools for build, deploy, and patch automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, BMC, or similar)Bachelor's degree in a related fieldSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITYNo travel requiredScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
