The Community Engagement Manager will have a designated set of facility partners with whom he/she is on a first name basis, developing deep and lasting relationships. The facility staff experience with Curana, and to a certain extent the patient/family experience, should directly tie to the strengths and success of this role. We strive for exceptional experience, engagement, and retention of our facility partners.Facility Staff EngagementMeet with community staff (e.g., Executive Director, Director of Health and Wellness, Director of Sales & Marketing, etc.) on a regular basis at designated set of senior living communitiesIdentity a “Curana Champion” within each facility and nurture that relationshipShare data and dashboards and highlight areas of opportunityReport back to Clinical Operations leaders on operational issues you are seeing on the groundCoordinate and attend facility and Curana Health educational/social eventsAct as community liaison between key stakeholders (nursing, sales, wellness, and leadership)Be attentive to the needs of the facility and communicate back to the teamPatient/Family EngagementOrganize, schedule, and lead patient and family engagement / educational eventsEnsure the senior living residents are aware of Curana’s service offering and sign residents up for servicesOther duties as assignedAssociates degree or college diplomaOutgoing individual who loves interacting with peoplePrior experience in sales or consulting preferredExperience in the senior living setting strongly preferredOrganized and effective communicatorProficient in Microsoft OfficePositive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsPassionate about helping othersHighly organizedWillingness to learn and be a part of something greatWillingness and ability to travel, up to 100%We’re thrilled to announce that Curana Health has been named the 147thfastest growing, privately owned company in the nation on Inc. magazine’s prestigious Inc. 5000 list.Curana also ranked 16thin the “Healthcare & Medical” industry category and 21stin Texas.This recognition underscores Curana Health’s impact in transforming senior housing by supporting operator stability and ensuring seniors receive the high-quality care they deserve.
