We believe in putting people first, both our customers and our team members.Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, providing top-notch support through phone, email, chat, and counter sales.What You’ll Do:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiriesHandle Order entry via Phone and email communicationResolve customer issues efficiently and empatheticallyMaintain a high level of product/service knowledgeDocument interactions and follow up on customer casesCollaborate with internal teams to improve customer experienceOversee and Maintain our Torque Calibration ProcessBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationRespond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time and prioritize tasks as needed.Ability to work in a CSR programAdhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.What You’ll Need:3 years of customer service or related experience preferred.Comfortable using customer service software or CRMs (e.g.,Hub Spot)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Please visit our website to know more about us: https://rubber-inc.com/
