Supported doctors, hygienists and dental professionals share a deep commitment to the communities they serve and a relentless focus on patient care.Our finance department is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the financial reporting team. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the role will work closely with operations, centralized Accounts Receivable (AR) and other finance functionsKey Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.Reconcile general ledger accounts.Support the external audit process and liaise with auditors.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function.Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.Required Knowledge:3-5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multi-entity or fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and communication skills.Education/Certification:CPA designation (or in progress) strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinancePay range: $80,000 to $90,000 based on experienceFull Benefits Package
