Rehab Aide

Position: Rehab AideLocation: Bethlehem, PAType of Employment: Per DiemSchedule: Monday - Friday (3 evenings a week till 7pm)Compensation: Starting at $10/hr (pending experience)Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functionsObserve and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatmentPlay a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)Clean, sterilize and prepare equipmentMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPursuing a bachelor’s degree in a pre-health profession (biology, rehabilitation sciences, exercise science, etc.)Preferred QualificationsCPR certificationFirst aid certificationPrior experience in an outpatient physical therapy centerEqual Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
