Starting hourly rate calculated by experience.Select Physical Therapy is now hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Part Time outpatient opportunity up to 24 hours weekly. Experienced PTA with minimum of 1 yr experience in outpatient orthopedics, APPLY! Join our team treating general outpatient orthopedic conditions (non-op, pre-op post-op), neuro, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, amputees, fall prevention and ACL. Let's foster your growth!Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and proceduresMaintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programPassed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTEMinimum 1 yr experience working in outpatient orthopedics.Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process)CPR CertificationFostering Well-Being: We offer benefits which support the financial, work/life and emotional well-being of you and your family members.
