If you’re looking for a career change where your skills transfer directly—and where advancement is clear—our LevelUP program may be right for you.Job SummaryAs a paid Claim Associate I, you’ll work in our Reno, NV office while participating in a structured training curriculum. You’ll start by assisting with medical-only claims and gradually take on more responsibility—learning investigation, evaluation, customer communication, and settlement skills under close supervision. With each step, you’ll be supported by your team, guided by mentors, and measured on clear milestones.When you successfully complete the program, you’ll be eligible to advance to a Claim Associate II and ultimately a Claim Representative I role, where you’ll manage your own caseload of workers’ compensation claims.Please note: This is a career pathway training program designed to develop you into a claims adjuster within the TPA space.
