Forklift Driver| Greensboro| HIRING IMMEDIATELYNatural Team Leader, will support the Team Leaders in accomplishing the overall team’s mission and lead natural work teams in day to day operations. Responsibilities also include leading teams in the areas of productivity, safety, and quality and team effectiveness. The responsibilities will be in addition to existing job responsibilities. The Natural Team Leader will be required to fill in/cover for the Dispatch/Team Leader during absences, vacations, and other periods of leave. All warehouse equipment includes, but is not limited to, forklift, and clamp truck.Load and unload trucks efficiently following department standards.Moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment.Support WMS functions related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI).Check the accuracy of the finished product count, product ID, order destination, and carrier ID before loading any vehicle and accurately complete all required paperworkAll transfer of products and materials must be performed with a high degree of accuracy and accountability and follow the established standard processes and procedures.Must adhere to all safety standards, Standard Work Instruction Sheet (SWIS), and company policies.Maintain work area in an organized, safe, and clean mannerAll duties are performed with a focus on safety.Know the locations of and how to operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers.Complete the forklift checklist which includes daily inspection of forklifts.Ability to change the forklift propane tank required.The job responsibilities in this job description are not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.Minimum of one year recent forklift experience preferredMinimum of one year sit-down experience requiredMust be able to work 12 hour shiftMust obtain and maintain valid Pactiv Forklift and Safety Certifications during employment. Must have proven experience working in a fast paced Warehouse/Logistics environmentPrior use of RF barcode reader and vehicle mounted (VMU) computer systems preferredMust be able to work in a fast paced environmentPush-pull attachment operation a plusBasic knowledge of mathematicsAbility to communicate orally and in writing (English required)Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with little supervisionWill be required to be certified in Lockout/Tag Out and Forklift Operation upon assignmentPhysical Requirements:• Will be exposed to hot temperatures during the summer months and cold temperatures during the winter months. • There may be some exposure to dust inside the warehouse.• Exposure to machine noise is possible.
