Patient Care Coordinator - Edina Orthodontics

The Dental Specialists Edina Orthodontics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management. This role is critical to the success of our patients and practice.Starting Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour#TDSPreferred Qualifications- Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment- Professional customer service- Effective communicator and team player- Dental insurance knowledge is a plusMondays: 7:30-5:15 rotate between Burnsville/EdinaTuesday: 7:30-5:15 EdinaWednedays: 7:30-5:15 BurnsvilleThursdays: 7:30-5:15 EdinaFridays: 7:45-12 EdinaContinuing Education:The Dental Specialists offers a wide range of continuing education courses throughout the year for team members including required courses such as CPR, and OSHA Annual Retraining.
