Dietitian

Shift: PRN; hours will vary between 6:00am-6:00pm + rotating weekends/holidays.Plans and provides patient nutritional care; performs nutritional assessments, calculates nutrient needs, and educates/counsels patients/families; and participates in the development or revision of departmental policies and procedures and in planning and conducting in-service education programs. Functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans based on the patient’s diagnosis and individual needs.At UnityPoint Health, you matter.
