And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience.Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with cardiac conditions, including health history, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.Assist cardiologists in performing diagnostic procedures such as stress tests, echocardiograms, and Holter monitoring.Educate patients about their cardiac condition, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications.Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, referrals, and diagnostic tests as needed.Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with minor procedures under the supervision of a physician.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomesValid nursing license in IowaBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Certification in Cardiac Nursing (e.g., AACN or ANCC) highly desirable.BLS and Mandatory Reporter certification required.Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.If you're passionate about cardiology nursing and ready to make a difference in the lives of patients in an outpatient setting, we'd love to hear from you!
