Senior Construction Laborer

Travel: Daily out of town and overnights required. Lodging and meals provided. Shifts: Extensive pharmacy remodels require night shifts (8pm-5am). All maintenance projects and non-evasive remodels will be performed during day shift hours.Scope of Responsibilities: Works independently with minimum supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goalsJob Summary: Perform construction and common labor duties necessary to remodel current store sites and/ perform general maintenance, oversee subcontractors when necessary Job Duties:Installation of gondolas and store fixturesRough and finish Carpentry workInstallation of carpeting and floor tilesPerform Minor plumbing repairsPaintingSheetrock installationElectrical work including installation of outlets and lighting fixturesResponsible for uploading receipts into Concur daily and submitting end of the month expense report for approvalResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedEducation:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDExperience:Preferred: 3 or more years previous experience in related position Special Conditions of Employment:Criminal background checkDrug TestValid Driver’s License RequiredInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringCompensation:$21.00-$24.00 per hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
