Transform lives. Start your journey with E-Therapy today!Position Overview:We are currently seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing bilingual speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders in school settings.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills in both English and the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to address students' communication goals and objectives in their primary language and English.Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, vocabulary development, and social communication.Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to integrate speech-language therapy goals and strategies into students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other members of the educational team to provide updates on students' progress, therapy goals, and recommendations for home practice.Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, materials, and technology to enhance students' speech and language skills and promote generalization of skills across settings.Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language PathologistCurrent ASHA certification requiredPassionate about working with K-12 studentsExperience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred).Benefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive health and wellness benefits packageFlexible work arrangementsOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and supportive work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer:E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
