Operations that may fall under the Digital Finishing Technician role include laser table, Zund, laminator, weeding, Gromet, welder, Packsize, Wide Format and Rollfed.Shift Hours: 10:00 pm - 6:30 amReview and understand all job ticket informationComplete equipment standard set up and adjustments as neededCut product to final size/shape by operating finishing equipmentMonitor output quality, including data collection for job tracking, and report issues as appropriate.Meet productivity and quality standards by completing work in a timely and accurate manner.Perform basic preventative maintenance to finishing equipmentContribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirementsMay need to move material via material handling equipment (may entail use of forklift/pallet jacks)Work overtime as neededOther duties as assignedMandatory QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), four plus years of relevant industry experience or 520 hours as an Imagine temporary employee along with manager’s approval to hire full-timeAbility to communicate/understand written and oral instructionsAbility to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colorAbility to apply written instructions to machine set-upBasic computer skillsBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution, and/or fulfillment.Experience using an ERP systemPhysical RequirementsFrequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stoopingFrequent walking and standing for prolonged periods of timeAbility to lift, pull, push up to 50 poundsManual dexterity for repetitive workReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsUSD $17.93 - USD $18.50 /Hr.The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
