Key Responsibilities: u2022 Provides nutrition education&training support for the community including tabling, lunch&learn sessions, one-on-one counseling, etc. u2022 Implements corporate wellness programming u2022 Coordinates with the dining management team and culinary associates to meet dietary needs for all customers u2022 Provides nutrition related training including food allergen training to all associates u2022 Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis u2022 Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication&messaging u2022 Leads Dining Services Sustainability efforts u2013 partnering with operations and stakeholders to track, improve, and communicate sustainability efforts in all dining spaces u2022 Operational execution and oversight u2013 hands-on work in dining spaces to serve guests, train associates, audit systems, collaborate with unit leadership, and ensure excellence in operations and culinary services u2022 Partner with various offices, departments, and organizations to ensure alignment with university goals and needs Qualifications: u2022 Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) u2022 Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable u2022 Ability to present information in one-on-one as well group format u2022 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, professional journals, and governmental regulations u2022 Experience working with special diets and food allergies u2022 Strong knowledge of food and catering trends u2022 Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract managed services experience desirable u2022 ServSafeu00ae certified a plus u2022 Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs Apply to Chartwells Schools today _Chartwells Schools is a member of Compass Group USA_ Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
