Requisition ID: 2025-427448 Employment Type: Full Time Department: Mammography Hours/Pay Period: 80 Shift: Day Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) Remote: No Category: Radiology, Allied Health Responsibilities + The technologist is primarily responsible for performing mammography studies. + Assist physicians with interventional imaging procedures, starting IV's, and injecting contrast, if applicable. + Evaluate radiographs for diagnostic quality obtaining additional images as needed. + Communicates effectively with patients and their families about the procedure to be performed in order to obtain information and to offer reassurance. + Perform the quality control functions related to mammography.
