Youu2019ll guide projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable energy this role, you will: Shape market strategy and drive growth across aviation, healthcare, higher education, federal, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Lead client engagements, proposal development, and project execution. Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers. Deliver innovative mechanical solutions for district energy systems and thermal energy networks. #epjobs #naepjobs Bacheloru2019s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in design, project management, consulting, construction, commissioning, or operations of thermal utility systems. Proven expertise in chilled water, hot water, and steam systems for large facilities or campuses. Strong communication and technical writing skills. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineering (PE) license. Experience in operational leadership and team development. Familiarity with various construction delivery methods. Business financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
