DescriptionMULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: AMAZON DATA SERVICES, INC. Offered Position: HW Commodity Specialist III Job Location: Cupertino, California Job Number: AMZ9083190 Position Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and manage allocations of server components across multiple manufacturers. Leverage supply chain automation/reporting expertise, and drive automation program milestones to fruition. Track allocation of components including delivery tracking using internal tools and processes. Understand forecasting, demand planning, material planning, and manufacturing processes to verify supply commitments. Work with component suppliers and server manufacturers to analyze, reconcile allocation and monitor changes and cancellations. Analyze data and track metrics and report / monitor SLA and identify issues and present improvements. Understand the supply chain network and work with various analytics and software development teams. Drive automation and participate in requirements gathering and development of analytical tools and dashboards. Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $162,700/year to $220,200/year. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience in program management, project management, or product management; (2) leading cross-functional supply-chain and logistics programs; (3) working on and leading the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain initiatives; and (4) performing data analysis with at least one of the following tools: Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access.
