DescriptionMULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: AMAZON WEB SERVICES, INC. Offered Position: Support Engineer II-Ext Job Location: Santa Clara, California Job Number: AMZ9084429 Position Responsibilities: Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to manage critical infrastructure services for global enterprise-scale customers. Troubleshoot complex service issues using groundbreaking technologies, reproduce customer issues to identify the root cause, and build proof-of-concept environments aligned with cloud-best-practices. Build utilities and tools that facilitate safe, high-speed, wide-scale operations. Identify technical issues and develop improvements to technical processes. Serve as a point of escalation and drive customer communication during critical service events. Mentor junior engineers. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $118,664/year to $185,000/year.
