Salary: $25 / Hour We are looking for passionate and dedicated Instructional Aides and Behavior Technicians to support our students in the Orange County region. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring the well-being of all participants. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Assist in planning and implementing daily after-school program activities. u2022 Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children's development u2022 Maintain a safe and positive environment for the children. u2022 Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility u2022 Follow all program policies and procedures Requirements: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent. u2022 Previous experience working with children is preferred. u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to work effectively in a team environment. u2022 Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
