Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Beverly Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and is familiar with banking or customer service environments. You will play a vital part in supporting commercial banking operations while maintaining compliance and ensuring customer satisfaction. This a 2-month temporary role covering a medical leave coverage. The position has the potential to extend or go permanent. It's on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining client satisfaction. u2022 Utilize case management tools to prioritize tasks, track progress, and meet service-level agreements. u2022 Build strong partnerships with internal teams, including operations and banking departments, to ensure seamless communication and efficient task management. u2022 Handle daily client requests, including funds transfers, account maintenance, and loan servicing, with accuracy and professionalism. u2022 Collect and process necessary documentation for account openings while coordinating with clients and internal teams. u2022 Perform call-backs to verify and authenticate client transactions, ensuring compliance and security protocols are followed. u2022 Support teller operations when needed to ensure smooth banking processes. u2022 Participate in projects aimed at improving client experience, optimizing workflows, and enhancing data integrity. u2022 Independently manage assignments with a focus on integrity, accountability, and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry or relevant transferable skills. u2022 Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is highly preferred. u2022 Strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring adherence to banking laws and procedures. u2022 Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines. u2022 Associate or Bacheloru2019s degree, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset. u2022 Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and creativity for resolving customer issues.
