IT Audit Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Sunset Beach, California. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across IT auditing processes. The position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, offering flexibility after an initial onsite period. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and execute IT audit programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. u2022 Lead audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases. u2022 Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans tailored to organizational needs. u2022 Ensure adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements and guidelines. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address vulnerabilities in systems and processes. u2022 Provide expert insights into auditing practices within the restaurant industry. u2022 Utilize Workday Financial Management systems to support audit activities. u2022 Mentor and guide auditors at the beginning of their careers, fostering growth and development. u2022 Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations. u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT auditing. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT auditing or a related role. u2022 Strong knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance and auditing standards. u2022 Proven expertise in audit program development and execution. u2022 Familiarity with Workday Financial Management systems. u2022 Experience in the restaurant industry is highly preferred. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
