Job Description -u2003Engaging Landowners: Initiating contact and building relationships with landowners -u2003Managing Negotiations: Organizing and negotiating land agreements -u2003Supporting Contract Execution: Collecting signatures and ensuring agreements are properly executed -u2003Serving as Point of Contact: Acting as the primary contact for landowners throughout the project -u2003Legal Expertise: Ensuring projects run smoothly in a legal sense and handling damage claims -u2003Public Relations: Addressing concerns and maintaining transparency with property owners -u2003Research and Documentation: Investigate property ownership records, mineral rights, and other legal documents to determine land ownership and usage rights -u2003Permits and Agreements: Communicate with government agencies to obtain necessary permits and agreements -u2003Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all land rights agreements and related documentation -u2003Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving land use conflicts and disputes -u2003Reporting: Provide regular updates to project management and other stakeholders on the status of land rights agreements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
