As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you are: + Caring Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. + Engaged Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. + Knowledgeable Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics. + Creative Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children. Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave: + At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center. + Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units. + The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements + Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children Compensation and Benefits: u2022 Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options o Lead Teacher- $20.00-$21.30 u2022 Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers u2022 Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees u2022 Monday through Friday work week.
