Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst with a strong background in accounting to join our team in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key accounting functions while contributing to the success and growth of the organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and manage monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Prepare and review general ledger entries, maintaining compliance with accounting standards. u2022 Reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements to ensure data integrity. u2022 Analyze and resolve discrepancies in account reconciliations. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting. u2022 Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff with less experience. u2022 Utilize advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online to streamline accounting tasks. u2022 Lead client engagements, building strong relationships across industries. u2022 Contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
