Prologistixis seeking a dependable, motivated, and friendlycustomer service agentto join our growing team and provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, in person, and using written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. Previous experience is required as thiscustomer service agentrole will include (but are not limited to) Data Entry (SCALE, PHIS, Yardview systems) Special projects, prepare order & receipts for invoicing, responsible for daily & monthly reports, knowledge of document filing systems, process & coordinate documentation for export loads, keeping up to date on USDA export library updates, customer onboarding and relationship management. Must have good organization and time management skills.
