If you are interested in joining the team, please apply at the link below.Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team to represent local, regional, and national clients in support of their development projects and transactions. The position will involve general land use, real estate and municipal law, and experience in all three areas is preferred. Typical matter support will include project and entitlement feasibility review, permitting support and strategy, legislative advice, and drafting of related agreements and real estate documents. Appearance before local, state, and national agency staff, decision-makers, hearing examiners, boards, councils, commissions, and courts is also anticipated.Strong academic credentials are required.Prior law firm or government experience is a plus.To be considered, please access the link below and provide your cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
