About the Positionu00a0Were seeking Project Schedulersu00a0at various levels for large, heavy-civil infrastructure programsincluding highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and airport projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods.u00a0Youll craft logic-driven CPM schedules, fold in procurement and third-party dependencies, and convert field data into clear progress updates and forecasts. By surfacing critical-path risks early, shaping recovery strategies, and keeping stakeholders aligned, youll help every project advance safely, efficiently, and on time.u00a0u00a0This posting is for future roles and not for a specific opportunity that is available right now. targetsu00a0Denver, CO.u00a0u00a0Responsibilitiesu00a0may include, but are not limited to, the following:u00a0u00a0- Build and maintain an integrated CPM schedule that covers design through turnover, with logically linked activities, resource or cost loading, and clear coding for cost-control alignment.u00a0- Collect field progress data, update status weekly or monthly, and produce look-aheads, variance reports, and earned-value forecasts.u00a0- Run critical path and what-if analyses to test sequencing options, recovery plans, and alternative delivery scenarios.u00a0- Perform schedule-risk assessmentsidentify drivers, quantify exposure with tools such as Monte Carlo simulations, recommend contingencies, and track mitigation actions.u00a0- Support change orders and claims by preparing Time Impact Analyses that tie delays to cost and contractual entitlement.u00a0- Integrate third-party interfaces, permitting, utility relocations, and long-lead procurement items, so the plan reflects all external dependencies.u00a0- Generate concise narrative reports, Gantt charts, S-curves, and KPI dashboards for project managers, field teams, and executive stakeholders.u00a0- Enforce schedule governance standards, maintain data integrity in scheduling tools, and mentor junior schedulers to raise overall planning maturity.u00a0Attributesu00a0- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.u00a0Minimum Qualificationsu00a0u00a0- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.u00a0- 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experienceu00a0for heavy-civil infrastructure projects.u00a0- Experience with full CPM baseline schedule development, resource or cost loading, and progress updating.u00a0- Proven ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, BIM models, and work-breakdown structures and translate them into logically sequenced activities.u00a0- Experience conducting critical path and variance analyses, preparing Time Impact Analyses, and quantifying schedule risk using Monte Carlo or similar methods.u00a0- Proficiency with industry standard project and construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Bluebeam, RSMeans, etc.)u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)u00a0Preferred Qualificationsu00a0- Masters degree in engineering or construction management.u00a0- Active professional certifications such as PSP (AACE), PMI-SP or PMP (PMI), and/or CCM (CMAA).u00a0- Experience with largeu00a0(>$500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects that include highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and/or airport projects.u00a0- Experience deliv ring projects through both traditional and alternative methods (e.g., DB, CM/GC, P3).u00a0- Experience preparing and defending Time Impact Analyses, delay claims, and recovery plans before owners, contractors, and dispute resolution boards.u00a0- Experience performing advanced schedule-risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations, P-Factor analysis, and P50/P80 forecasting.u00a0- Proficiency in schedule risk analysis using tools such as Primavera Risk, Deltek Acumen Fuse, or @Risk.u00a0u00a0- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for building interactive dashboards and KPI visualizations.u00a0Compensation Detailsu00a0The salary range listed for this role is $120k-$190k/year ($57-$91/hour).u00a0The final salary offered will be based on multiple factors and thoughtfully aligned with each candidates level of experience, breadth of skills, total education
