We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications Create the design, documentation, product configurations, customization and support of software related Case Management Services for HCA Healthcare. Responsible for partnering with developers, technicians, analysts, and business process experts on strategic programs, projects, and activities to support the technology roadmap. Develops positive relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Manages multiple development projects at a time independently or part of a larger team. Ensures repeatable processes are documented and adheres to HCA Healthcare design and development standards. Provides on call production support as needed to support the Case Management services teams. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensures quality in the definition and development of product software specifications utilizing best practices and processes Responsible for the full life-cycle process from design to development, testing, product release and maintenance. Responsible for the development and utilization of metrics to measure productivity and effective operational processes. Responsible for a personal development plan focused on leadership and technical acumen. Assist in implementing and refining a successful product development process, including identification of key decision points, decision-making matrices highlighting risks/benefits associated with critical decision options, and application of appropriate portfolio management principles Create and maintain case management business process maps, data designs, system integration documentation Technical Qualifications Required Qualifications: Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs Large enterprise application deployment experience from design through support Previous experience creating prototypes for rapid design/development Demonstrated experience in business process mapping, data, functional and technical documentation Experience troubleshooting end user access and data issues in large corporate environment Preferred Qualifications: Jira/Azure DevOps UI Path Figma GitHub Mobile experience Clinical case management Service Now ITIL What qualifications you will need: EDUCATION Bacheloru2019s Degree - Preferred RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE 5 or more years PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS 20% travel required as requested to meet business needs HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companiesu00ae by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
